Happy 2024!
I hope everyone had a fabulous holiday season. Many of our Trusteeship sisters enjoyed getting together at our holiday gatherings and enjoying the season.
Looking back on 2023, I realize what an important and exciting year it was for us in IWF Southern CA/The Trusteeship.
We undertook a heavy lift in the transition after COVID. So many of you were involved in the forward planning of our organization.
Thank you for exercising your voice in filling out the survey and/or participating in the conversations. The participation was extraordinary; the results informed our key initiatives and were instrumental in helping guide us into the future.
We have developed three strategies to support our organization:
1. Foster a vibrant community of preeminent, accomplished, and diverse women leaders. Lead by the Membership Committee.
2. Support the continued success of our members personally and professionally. Lead by the Programs Committee.
3. Inspire and champion the current membership and those to come. Lead by the Impact Committee.*
You will see more about this in the coming months as we develop a communication plan and updated graphics for the organization. A special thank you to Renee Fraser of Fraser Communications for making this happen.
